What we collect
- Your name, business name, town, what your business does, and a contact (phone or email) when you ask us to build your website.
- Public information from your Google Business Profile that we use to draft the site.
- Standard analytics so we can keep the site fast and useful.
Why we use it
- To build your website and get in touch about it.
- To run your subscription, hosting, email, and support, if you become a customer.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Who sees it
Only our small UK team and the service providers we use to host, send email, and process payments. We don't sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kerb.uk and we'll sort it.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
